This Salted caramel white chocolate mousse cake 

I shared this photo with many friends of mine

was because it's simply AWESOME !

 It has been quite sometimes I didnt get to taste 

such high quality cake and pastries in Malaysia 

 This cake has something to do with mangoes 

Deary aunt said its nice. 

I believe it would be

 Iced coffee. 

For the very first time I think syphon coffee is nice

Laneway Treasure in Penang Island 

Found this cafe from food blog 

They are serving tapas and pasta 

with wide selection of wine 

 It was really warm in the afternoon 

 It would be fantastic to do a little bit of 

reading out there providing the weather is good 

 It's something good to see

Flat White is getting more and more popular in Penang 

But I doubt WHY starbucks doesn't have one 

 Orange cheese cake I guess 

looks nice but I didn't try it

Another random day in Penang Island

Dinner at Golden Triangle. 

This was my fist attempt 

Strange

As a food lover I always want to try but 

have absolutely no idea why I would have no chance

Thanks to all Chinese restaurant in the mall were full 

Here came the chance I can try this 

Thai or Vietnamese food Im not too sure 

 Okay, I know this is a very typical Thai dessert

Something to do with jackfruit and coconut milk 

 Otak-Otak 

Look so strange 

Picture in my mind shows Otak Otak 

is something wrap with pandan leaves. 

 Pandan leaves chicken

 This is sort of like a platter 

But the funniest thing is we actually order a main dish 

for all these sides 

Get what Im trying to say ?

 SOFT SHELL CRAB 

omg , I love them so much 

But unfortunately due to my leg I couldn't have them on that night 

DAMN 

 That was a heavy dinner for four persons. 

Now back to the afternoon, 

a heritage trip I guess

 Once again we were hanging around 

in this beautiful island 

Note: Please ignore the driving matters and hot weather 

 we were wishing to find a nice place to dine 

but probably it was public holiday so no one open on that day 

except this 

LOGAN Heritage. 

Very typical Malaysia cafe who is serving international food. 

Very Asian Western food 

 They have bar table behind 

I suppose its a nice place to have a drink 

But im not sure about their drinks selection at night 

But in the morning 

the restaurant drinks menu is limited and 

nothing suits me 

 Some of the decoration inside 

When I can get a new toy ??

WHEN ? ? ? 

and WHAT should I get ? 

 The serving time was kinda slow 

But they priced reasonably so no complaints

Also the boss was kinda friendly 

so I guess it contra everything to me 

Our western food.

Sometimes I just can't help to look backward. 

In a sudden recall the conversation between me and my head. 

Head: "why are you eating chocolate everyday ?" 

Vily: " I'm trying to tell myself that life's sweet"

( In fact I was depressing everyday at that period of time) 

Head:" You should stop eating then as life's tough in fact." 

Vily:".......somehow you're right" 

You will not taste bitter without sweetness

The Mess Hall wasn't the place where we last met 

In fact, its Hardward Societe 

Anyway, after renovation it doesn't get more 

spacious but just more seats

Get what I mean ? 

But overall still good. I mean, comfortable. 

I had fresh juice on that day

I couldn't remember what Joey had 

Bun Bun had the Mocha as usual. 

Outdoor seating 

Omellete. The presentation of their food is quite good 

but for me the portion is slightly smaller than what ive expected. 

I had this 

Made me think of tapa 

LOL 

But I love the eggs. 

Are they steamed eggs ? Or just normal boiled eggs ? 

I doubt 

Does it get more spacious ? 

Yeah, a little bit

Guess what, Im now sitting at Borders Starbucks. 

Reminds me about my college mate a lot 

We used to hang around here 

with lotsa fun and assignments. 

On the other hand Starbucks reminds me of you. 

Now I started to work and I finally 

understand how busy you are. 

It's too late. 

Even though I can't have you but 

still I appreciate all the memories we have.
