Full of Bean at Queensbay Mall

We had a visit to Full Of Beans on random Sunday night.

Their coffee was good and we were so happy to have the barista to make us

Very cute coffee art on our coffee.

It did, cheer us up a little bit.

Look at this. 

This little fish makes me think of guppy 

LOL

Barista told us this is a frog . Yeah it's cute.

They are not famous for their milk coffee but siphon coffee I heard 

But we all are not big fans of that 

So..l.l

Besides coffee , there are still some cakes available 

So, feel free to drop a visit.

Brunch at Macalister Mansion Penang

I couldnt remember when

We had brunch at Macalister Mansion. 

Their cake taste normal 

Not so special 

Their dessert

Ice-cream,mango and sago 

Nice appearance but taste ordinary

SALAD as starter

Portion is a little bit too small for us 

but its just nice for a fine dining restaurant I guess

LOL

Brioche, This is nice 

Perfectly scrambled egg is what I've been craving for all the time

Nothing much to talk about Macalister Mansion 

But I reckon their interior and exterior design are good.

Three Sixty Skybar Penang

This post has been pending for a while, 

Sixty Skybar should sound familiar to drinkers. 

Oh well, 

I reckon they have beautiful view and I was quite impressed about its skybar experience and recall my memory for the revolving restaurant 

I believe the view is more stunning than before.

Alright, I dont see many people bog about the food in Skybar. 

We went up at a very strange hour which was like about 5pm

It was so warm up there and we after some afternoon tea kinda thing 

There is definitely a snack menu and dessert menu.

I cant recall if there is any main course at the bar.

WE ordered a creme brulee, fried mozzarella, and cake of the day.

Creme Brulee was OK.

Nothing much to say as its pretty ordinary. 

Fried Mozzarrella wasnt so tasty as it wasnt crispy enough

Or I should say it wasnt so crunchy.

I have no idea what cake is this until today. 

LOL

We were there until the sky turns dark. 

It looks better at night I think

...................

If Im not wrong they do have happy hour promotion

Thinking of what to eat in Penang ?

If you are a tourist and travelling to Penang, 

It is a must to try all the local delights ie hawker food. 

I will bring people to Northam Beach as its my favorite place to eat. 

I love their German sausage, Super awesome fried oyster,

very nice prawn noodle, and so on. 

I didnt get to try all the food there but those mentioned above are my all time favorite. 

Alright, if you're a super english breakfast fan like me, 

Delicious, China House, Dome and Coffee Bean are those that I've tried and think they are acceptable. 

Breakfast at Dome is Good. Perfectly Scrambled Egg, and my favourite sauteed button mushroom. 

Coffee Bean is offering standard quality english breakfast and what I like is they always come with coffee and tea.

Delicious is offering breakfast in set. It bundle with coffee or tea also with sides for Scramble Egg on Toast. They are generous on smoked salmon but one thing I didnt like is they are using chinese mushroom.

 China House is a good place to hang out 

But watchout, it always full on weekend.

Alright, back to their breakfast. 

Their wrap is good and three cheese omelette from kids menu is good. 

But you will have to bring a kid along to enjoy this. 

 Oh ya, after introduced by bloggers and friends, 

I'ev decided to give this China Chong Qing steambot a try 

It appears to be good to us 

Very fresh ingredient and very authentic China's taste.

I will blog more about food in near future.

I really enjoyed this meal at Chilli.

I wasn't in very good condition that day

It looks really really good !!

The interior design was so vintage

But the outdoor area wasn't too good during hot days

However early in the morning it was still fine 

Bacon, Slow roasted tomato, and sunny side eggs

Latte, omg. They look so OZ

Chicken or pork salami I couldnt remember 

....

I don't have much to talk about this 

As their menu selection is limited 

Drinks was OK 

But the environment was nice so worthy to give it a try

I won't go sushi zento on saturday night.

I will never never go sushi zento on weekend night anymore..... I ordered three main dishes and the last one was been served like almost an hour later. holy nightmare . We were starving . My conclusion Is....please dont go sushi zento on saturday night if u cannot afford to wait. All the above are my personal opinion.

It's Saturday 

Finally I have time to sit down and manage my blog

Couple of weeks ago 

Honeydew, the lovely sister and me went 

Big MaMa for some Korean treats

I probably blogged about this before 

But ....still....Their authentic and flavourful Korean food

once again impressed my tongue 

The tibits 

Im not sure this word is right but If you are a fan of Korean 

food, you should know Korean cuisine always have

some complimentary starter before the meal been served.

Different Korean restaurant serve different starter 

some are just so innovative made me can't stop refilling them

LOL

It was dinner time so it was crowded as usual 

But the restaurant isn't too big so I feel like a little bit too noisy 

when it's full. 

OMG, I look so old and pale in this photo 

Bibimbap, my honeydew love this like nobody's business

It wasn't been served in hot stone pot but an ordinary steel bowl

When you stir all the ingredients with the korean chilli paste

This bowl of rice taste incredibly good

and it looks healthy

LOL

Juicy egg yolk is the main character of this dish 

Casey and Honeydew

This restaurant serves both Korean food and Japanese food 

Their Agedashi Tofu was nice

It's MUST EAT thing for my every visit 

as well as the takoyaki 

The little octopus ball is my all time favorite

I guess I love the mayo on top of the fried tofu

To me, three restaurant serve very nice takoyaki 

They are : Darac, Big Mama and the Jap. food restaurant at QV

Their kimchi is quite good 

My favorite kimchi brand is Wellbeing 

Korean Seafood spicy soup

Quite nice. But I prefer the one at white tomato

He didn't like the chorizo because it was a little bit salty
